entrepreneurship with powerful mindset and embodiment tools to help my clients create real, sustainable breakthroughs.
Born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, my Caribbean roots run deep and they continue to shape the way I lead, coach, and live. I carry forward a culture of resilience, soul, intuition, and joy, all of which I bring into every coaching relationship. My journey took me from being identified as top talent early in my career to leading high-performing teams in Canada, and eventually to answering a deeper calling: supporting women who are ready to rise.
